Accessibility statement
Akin aims to make both the website and mobile app usable with assistive technology and across a wide range of devices.
Current approach
- Semantic headings, landmarks and form labels.
- Keyboard access to navigation, disclosures and forms.
- Visible focus states and reduced-motion support.
- Text and controls designed for strong contrast.
- Responsive layouts that remain usable at narrow widths and browser zoom.
Known limitations
The mobile app is still in development and has not yet completed an independent accessibility audit. Store badges and third-party account emails may have limitations outside Akin’s direct control.
